Our Menu combines southern Italian cuisine infused with an Australian twist served buffet style.

We have 3 set Menus available.

TRADITIONAL MENU

The Traditional Menu includes 3 entrées, 10 varieties of freshly made pizzas and 2 desserts.

HALF & HALF MENU

$28+GST Per Person

Choose 5 pizzas from Traditional Menu and 5 pizzas from the Gourmet Menu, plus 3  entrées and 2 desserts.

GOURMET MENU

$30+GST Per Person

The Gourmet Menu includes 3 entrées, 10 of our best pizzas and 2 desserts.

Premium Wood Fired Ribs

$40+GST Per person for a 500 gram serve.

Lamb Ribs

All Ribs are marinated in a secret home-made BBQ sauce and served with sea salted chips.

Homemade salads are served on a single large platter which serves around 10 people.

If you are having a catering function with family and friends and you want it to be special, our unique Sicilian finger food is the perfect choice for you.

Pizza al Taglio = 1/2 metre $50+GST Choose any pizza from the Traditional menu.

Nb: For our finger food menus, there is a minimum per person quantity required, or an additional call-out fee applies.

Other

We have a refrigerated 3 Door fridge attached to the woodfired oven trailer and a refrigerated pizza ingredients fridge for maximum freshness and food safety.

Gluten-free bases for pizza are available, please ask when booking.

If you have any other special dietary requirements please also let us know.

We require a space of 10m (length) x 4m (wide) and 3.8 (height) for our setup that your driveway or backyard should easily be able to accommodate.

We will stay at your function for up to 2 to 3 hours including setup depending on the size of the function.

All events booked require a deposit which is non-refundable.

Please note that there is a minimum price for pizza menu packages for functions.

We also hold a fire 🔥TOBAN permit!!
